We invite you to stay at our fully-furnished monthly rental in Boulder, Colorado. Asio is an owner-managed, full time rental for quality minded travelers looking for a longer stay. Our three bedroom bungalow has two and half baths and comfortably sleeps six to eight people.

Bungalow Asio is equipped for your every need. The open floor plan invites connection while the private nooks facilitate quiet moments. Each room has been lovingly designed – the furnishings, artwork, lighting and décor were chosen intentionally with our guests’ comfort in mind. Asio’s walls feature original artwork from Colorado, bringing visual interest and distinctiveness to the home.

Quiet, Friendly and Walkable

Bungalow Asio is a renovated, fully-furnished home in Central Boulder. Built in 1938, Asio is one of the original farmhouses in the area, located in a former fruit orchard. The quiet and friendly neighborhood is located one mile north of downtown and the Pearl Street Mall. There are several city parks, a recreation center, community gardens, and trailheads all within a short walk. We are a 10 minute stroll to shops, restaurants, cafes, a bank, a pub, a pharmacy, and a Whole Foods grocery store.

Boulder is nestled where the Rocky Mountains meet the Great Plains, offering spectacular scenery and opportunities for outdoor adventure. The city is known for its healthy and active lifestyle, boasting abundant hiking, cycling, mountain biking, and world-class rock climbing. Bungalow Asio is within a short walk, bike ride, or drive of numerous parks, trails and ski resorts. We offer a relaxing home base for the avid adventurers, and a secluded retreat for those wishing to embrace a slower pace.
Boulder is a vibrant town with hundreds of restaurants, as well as many cafes, bars, nightclubs, museums, concert halls, and climbing gyms to explore.

Boulder hosts numerous conferences, music and film festivals, and is the new home for the Sundance Film Festival. Come for the event and stay to enjoy the town and its environs.
